As one of the leading manufacturers of vertical and horizontal CNC lathes, we supply the technologies and equipment for machining powertrain and engine components to leading automotive and truck manufacturers worldwide.

For more Productivity & Efficiency

Highest productivity and maximum efficiency with ever shorter cycle times are just some of the requirements of our customers in the automotive industry. As one of the leading manufacturers of vertical and horizontal CNC lathes, we supply the technologies and equipment for machining powertrain components to leading automobile and truck manufacturers worldwide. In addition to single machines, we also plan and implement complete production lines  for the machining of crankshafts, camshafts, and transmission shafts from single parts to large series. This competence is based on the synergies of our product programs within the NSH Group and the close cooperation with other well-known manufacturers. Flexible production lines combining modular concepts with novel networking of CNC lathes and workpieces enable our customers to retool very quickly and respond efficiently to a wide variety of market requirements. For customer requirements in the field of e-mobility, we have developed and patented a solution for the internal and external machining of pot-shaped stator housings by means of a turning process in parallel with production time.

Product Portfolio

As the world's leading supplier of turning and special machines for crankshafts and camshafts of cars and trucks, the machines of the CM and TB series have a long tradition. Individually developed for the machining of these workpieces, the milling and turn broaching machines are a central part of the automotive and truck industry. Furhtermore our horizontal turn-mill machining centers are used, among other things, for the machining of axle support and the rolling machines for the machining of crankshafts. In addition to these horizontal special machines, our vertical turning centers have an important role to play in the industry. These are used for the machining of ring gears, brake discs, and stator housings.

Turnkey Lines

Unique in the world are complex turnkey lines to produce crankshafts and camshafts as well as for transmission parts. We as the NSH Group take over the planning and realization of the entire project - from the idea to commissioning and service.
