For customer requirements in the field of e-mobility, we have developed and patented a solution for the internal and external machining of pot-shaped stator housings by means of a turning process in parallel with production time.
As the world's leading supplier of turning and special machines for crankshafts and camshafts of cars and trucks, the machines of the CM and TB series have a long tradition. Individually developed for the machining of these workpieces, the milling and turn broaching machines are a central part of the automotive and truck industry. Furhtermore our horizontal turn-mill machining centers are used, among other things, for the machining of axle support and the rolling machines for the machining of crankshafts. In addition to these horizontal special machines, our vertical turning centers have an important role to play in the industry. These are used for the machining of ring gears, brake discs, and stator housings.
