Our horizontal CNC lathe broaching machines in inclined bed design are designed for the specialized and highly efficient machining of bearings, and other centric, and eccentric elements of shaft-shaped workpieces such as crankshafts, camshafts, and eccentric shafts. We are the market leaders in this field. The combination of two symmetrical workpiece spindles with high power, and torque parameters, and two broaching units for holding tool disks enables economical and accurate machining to be reproduced. The use of a maximum of 2 x 48 tool cassettes for holding indexable inserts and the use of sibling tools guarantee high flexibility and long tool life.
