Machining centers - The All-rounders for multifunctional complete Machining in a single setup 

Our horizontal, multifunctional CNC turn-mill machining centers in inclined bed design enable an economical, flexible and permanently accurate complete machining of shaft- and disk-shaped components of various materials and sizes. Due to the modular design of the machines and different sizes, components with a swing diameter between max. 650mm to max. 1500mm as well as with a turning length between max. 1000mm and 7500mm can be machined accurately and reliably. The machining spectrum of the centers is characterized by extensive, optional process integrations and can thus map processes such as turning, milling, (deep hole) drilling, gear cutting, grinding, rolling, and extensive in-process measuring tasks in one clamping. Thanks to the modular machine design, the machine can be customized to the respective machining task.

Our horizontal CNC end machining centers in flat bed design allow efficient end machining of very small to extremely large shaft parts. Due to the modular design of the machines and different sizes, a wide variety of components with a turning length between 150mm to 20,000mm as well as a workpiece diameter between 60 mm and 250mm as well as special components such as CNG gas cylinder necks can be machined simultaneously, end-side. The series is characterized by high flexibility in the available options with regard to tool carriers and holders, clamping devices, automation and loading, as well as by optimized main and auxiliary times.

Our compact vertical CNC turning centers stand for highest flexibility in the turning of especially disk-shaped components with minimum space requirements. Workpieces with a max. swing diameter between 280mm and 540mm can be machined with high stability and shortest non-productive times. Our turning centers can be equipped with one or more spindles and can be configured according to customer requirements. In this way, additional machining units and processes can also be integrated and in some cases operated in parallel. This enables maximum flexibility and cost-effectiveness in machining. In addition, our vertical turning centers can be automated and interlinked precisely to meet your requirements.

Our compact vertical CNC machining centers DSP, FZS, and DWS are designed and optimized for specific special processes. Their high level of specialization makes them leaders in their respective fields of application. Machining operations such as the highly efficient perforation of brake disks, the insertion of oil and weight relief holes as well as the 4-axle machining of compact shaft parts up to 600mm in length can be realized highly economically with these centers.
