Machining centers - The All-rounders for multifunctional complete Machining in a single setup 

Today, multifunctional CNC machining centers are a cornerstone for the complete machining of complex workpieces that require a variety of technologies, high accuracies and flexible process design. They form a focal point In the machine portfolio of the NSH Group. We combine almost all known exciting processes such as turning, milling, (deep hole) drilling, gear cutting or even grinding operations in our centers and can also integrate a wide range of in-process measuring methods as well as rolling processes. Due to the modular design of our centers and variable additional options, we can adapt and specialize the machines individually to the requirements of our customers.

Our horizontal, multifunctional CNC turn-mill machining centers in inclined bed design enable an economical, flexible and permanently accurate complete machining of shaft- and disk-shaped components of various materials and sizes. Due to the modular design of the machines and different sizes, components with a swing diameter between max. 650mm to max. 1500mm as well as with a turning length between max. 1000mm and 7500mm can be machined accurately and reliably. The machining spectrum of the centers is characterized by extensive, optional process integrations and can thus map processes such as turning, milling, (deep hole) drilling, gear cutting, grinding, rolling and extensive in-process measuring tasks in one clamping. Thanks to the modular machine design, the machine can be customized to the respective machining task.
