A Warm Welcome!
It's that time of year again:
INTEC, the international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing and automation technology, will open its doors at the Leipzig Exhibition Centre from 11 to 14 March.
Taking place on our doorsteps, so to speak, of course, we will be there again and look forward to seeing you in Hall 2, Stand C04/D05.
This year we will not only be opening the doors to our machines at our stand, but we will also be giving you the opportunity to look behind the scenes at our production sites in Saxony. Convince yourself of our machine solutions for today's challenges both at our NSH Group stand and directly at the production sites of our brands NILES-SIMMONS, RASOMA and WEMA GLAUCHAU.

Grinding Machines
At our stand in Leipzig this year, we will be opening the machine doors to a WOTAN S3A external grinding machine from our WEMA GLAUCHAU brand. The chameleon among our external cylindrical grinding machines will be showcasing a new software innovation for the first time this year, which enables us to achieve extreme accuracy even on challenging components thanks to dynamic steady rest guidance during the grinding process.

Horizontal turning machines and machining centers
The NILES-SIMMONS N and MC series are economical, high-precision machine tools for machining rotationally symmetrical workpieces with a wide range of geometries and the highest demands on technology and materials. With center distances up to 9000 mm, they are used by customers in the power generation, general engineering, heavy equipment and defense industries, among others.

Vertical Lathes and Turning Centers
Our compact RASOMA brand vertical CNC turning centers provide maximum flexibility for turning disk-shaped components in a minimum amount of space. Our turning centers can be equipped with one or more spindles and can be configured to meet individual customer requirements. Additional machining units and processes can be integrated and operated in parallel. Especially for the challenges of e-mobility, we present our latest machine generation DZS-400 for the efficient machining of stator housings - 2 workpieces can be machined simultaneously up to 8 times faster than in the conventional turning process.
