READY for Digitalized Grinding - WoP®-3D
With the further development of our in-house operating software WEMA GLAUCHAU WoP® TOUCH, we are actively advancing the digitalization of grinding processes. A new integrated 3D module enables the automatic conversion of STEP files into precise 3D models. Based on this, parameterized work plans and structured job lists can be created efficiently.
The result: a significantly reduced error rate, increased transparency, and improved planning across the entire production process. At the same time, operators are noticeably relieved as manual interventions are minimized and workflows become more automated
READY for INNOVATED GRINDING - Self-centering steady rests
Grinding processes place high demands on efficiency and sustainability in production. With our newly developed special steady rest, we address exactly these challenges. It enables the automatic alignment of long, slender components, eliminating the need for manual re-adjustment or intermediate setup.
