Curtain up for a little sneak peek behind the scenes of our latest film project at the premises of our brand NILES-SIMMONS in Chemnitz. Together with our film partner VideoVision we captured the highlights of our new vertical turning center DZS-400, which was developed in cooperation with the brand RASOMA. The machine, based on the existing DZS-series, was extensively re-engineered and adapted to specific customer needs.

We also refer to this machine as the "Statormaker" because, in addition to processing cup-shaped and tubular, thin-walled workpieces, it specifically handles all known types of stator housings for the e-mobility sector.

Highlights are:
- 8x faster simultaneous internal-external machining compared to conventional turning processes
