RASOMA stands for centuries of tradition and experience in machine tool and special machine construction. The machine tool brand is developed and produced at the site in Döbeln. The highly productive machine tools and special machines adapted to customer requirements specialize in individual, workpiece-specific technology solutions and customized automation and complete systems. This includes vertical turning centers, end machining centers, double spindle machining centers, shaft turning centers, special purpose machines and complete automation solutions.

Our requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for machine and drive technology, further training as a state-certified technician or comparable qualification is desirable.
  • professional experience in assembly or maintenance, preferably in the field of CNC machines
  • Knowledge in programming and commissioning of CNC and/or PLC controls, preferably Siemens 840 D and Step-7
  • good knowledge of MS Office as well as good English skills
  • customer-oriented communication and manual skills
  • willingness to travel worldwide
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, organizational talent and independent working style
  • driving license at least class B

Your responsibilities:

  • Creation of customer-specific programs (e.g.: measuring cycles, test programs, etc.) 
  • Basic commissioning/ optimization of machine processes 
  • Analysis of errors/failures and their elimination 
  • Preparation and execution of customer-specific machine acceptance tests in the factory as well as at customer sites worldwide 
  • Cooperation with commissioning / application engineering in the back office 
  • Preparation of commissioning documents 
  • Carrying out training courses on the function and handling of the equipment
