Review: EuroBrake 2025

Our Trade Fair Presence in Barcelona
EuroBrake is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for braking systems – and this year, we participated in Barcelona with our own booth and a technical presentation.
Over the course of the three-day event, we had the pleasure of welcoming many interested industry professionals, engaging in inspiring discussions, and showcasing the latest developments from our company. A particular highlight was our presentation in the technical forum: titled “Burnishing of Hard-Coated Brake Discs: Economic and Technological Benefits for the Manufacturing Process,” we introduced our solution for the process-reliable optimization of brake disc surfaces. The positive feedback from the audience and the follow-up discussions underscore the strong interest in efficient manufacturing technologies—especially in light of the upcoming EURO-7 regulations.
Advanced solution for machining hard-coated brake discs
At the center of many discussions was our new brake disc burnishing machine 7796, specifically developed for the economical machining of hard-coated brake discs. The force-controlled smooth burnishing process ensures consistently high surface quality while simultaneously improving the functional and wear properties of the friction surface.
Thanks to automated processes, short machining cycles, and high process stability, the machine offers significant advantages in everyday production. It supports manufacturers in producing economically and reliably—even as environmental and quality standards, such as those required by the upcoming EURO-7 regulation, become increasingly stringent.
We would like to thank all visitors for the open exchange and great interest in our technology. Our trade fair presence once again demonstrated how crucial personal dialogue is for innovation in manufacturing—and we look forward to continuing this journey together.
